Watch India's Sehwag score his 3rd double hundred, this time vs Sri Lanka. Yet another big score by Virender while teammates fall around him. Just three test matches back, Sehwag had butchered 309 no vs South Africa, making 2008 a remarkable year of 150 plus knocks for him versus the best (he also got a 151 vs Australia this year). If you have the time, these two knocks are seriously recommended once you're through with the current video. While rendering Mendis and Muralitharan's 1st Test performances a distant memory (until his teammates revived them), Sehwag played some quite amazing strokes including VVS Laxman's signature inside out shot (vs Warne) against Murali who was bowling a fair bit of doosras from around the wicket. Yet another knock that reinforces the adage - Virender Sehwag is above conditions, situations and existing pressures. Look out for a six in the 90s, a six off Mendis off his first ball to Sehwag on Day 2, and of course, the now-famous refused single while on 199 in an attempt to protect last batsman Ishanth Sharma. This could have been one of the fastest double hundreds if not for the fall of wickets around him which slowed it down to 231 balls.
